I have not received any loyalty points since 2019. I had an email from someone months ago that said they’d add the points but I never saw them and they never responded back after me reaching out after that. How do you get points? I have the app and have a loyalty id so why am I not getting points and why can’t I get anyone to help me. After going there for nearly 5 years, no points and no one is willing to help me. I’m very disappointed and frustrated at this point. I have 2 boys that love to come there and the staff is great except for no one being able to help me. A picture of my loyalty info is attached.
