A little pricey for kids cut. Stylist interacted really well with the kids while ensuring that their haircuts were straight and exactly what we wanted. Salon is a little dated and could use some modern updates.

Arrived before someone who had the same time appointment but was called after that person. I don’t know why. However the lady who gave his haircut was very nice and did the good job. Thank you

I was running late for my appointment as I have 3 little ones at home. The place was empty and the lady checking me in told me she wasn’t sure they could help me because they were booked up. There were three employees and not a single other customer when we arrived. Thankfully another stylist spoke up and said she could do us. I am so grateful for this stylist for helping out an overwhelmed mom!

While I loved the person who cut Cameron’s hair, we had our first upsetting visit. Took 3 year old and 1 year old for his first haircut. We showed up at our appointment time and were told where to go sit. A hairstylist there started complaining with her back turned to us about being there. Had she politely addressed us and taken a minute to find out we were told to sit there and then said we need to change where you are since there are quite a few people here things would have gone better. Instead we were upset and felt talked down to. We were happy that receptionist agreed to not put our 3 year old with that stylist. What should have been a happy first cut experience and haircut for other grandson was ruined. I have always written good reviews and periodically post on Facebook how much I love your shop. Going to have to work my way past this experience.

Good experience, but stylist and front desk clerk removed their masks while checking us out for an extended period.
