Never have had a bad experience here until this time around. Stella was cutting my sons hair and it just did not go well. His bangs are very uneven and some spots in his hair were missed. He is a toddler and doesn’t enjoy haircuts so he does move some so I do understand it won’t come out perfect. She did not have a lot of patience when he would start to cry or get antsy. The other employees have always backed off when he gets upset and give him time to regroup. I don’t think this will stop us from coming back. But we will not be letting Stella cut his hair again

We were dissatisfied with the quality of cut our son received. We normally go to Great Clips or Big League and have always had a good experience. We decided to give you guys a try because of the kid friendly environment. Our sons hair is not even and won't lay down. I'm not sure how it can even be fixed. He has his 4 year pictures coming up and honestly we will need to postpone them until his hair grows out a little and then fixed. The environment was great but the cut was not.

Showed up and had to wait about 10 minutes before they would even open doors. The lady that cut his hair was nice but really could have done a better job. And when I went to pay, I didn’t really like to have to wait for the girl to get off of her cell phone.

I scheduled an appt with Raquel. 2 days before his appt I was notified that Raquel had an emergency and had to cancel the appt, which is understandable. I rescheduled his appt with Cache. When we arrived for the appt they told me his appt was changed to Stella. I told them that isn't who we were booked with and that Cache had been switched to take a fix appt and Cache didn't have time to cut his hair. Stella cut his hair and it was not a good haircut. We now have to take him to another place to have his hair fixed. We will not be going back to cookie cutters anymore after using them for 7 years now.
