Mother in law babysat my toddler 3 day before her birthday. Not only did she get gum in her bangs but she decided to cut it out while she was fussing and fighting. Traumatizing her for her first haircut without us being there with her. The staff at cookie cutters was amazing at making my daughter feel comfortable. They salvaged what was left of her bangs into something that we could take pictures with. Unfortunately they were not able to do anything about my mother in law.
