The hairstylist didn't listen to how I wanted my daughters hair cut. It was cut too short and one side is longer than the other side. Not very professional.

The stylist was very rough and didn’t do a good job. His hair is not even, and is poorly done. She was so rough he started to cry. He had red marks on his head and behind his ears, due to how rough she was. This is the worst experience I’ve had at Cookie Cutters. It almost makes me not want to return.

Rushing my son through a haircut as he is screaming , need to slow down so kids aren't afraid. It's ridiculous.

Very cluttered , your staff looked like they just rolled out of bed .It was almost as if it was mis matched day with one stylist wearing crazy design tights and a non matching shirt to both stylist looking as if a brush never met thier hair that day . I wont be back to this cookie cuttersever ! Oh and did I mention that the stylist cut my sons ear?

1. I do not appreciate you guys forcing my 2 boys to sit in the only girl away you have telling them everything is booked while everything was empty! Also both Mohammad and Ali, haircut are absolutely terrible. We are regular customers there and have been bringing both our kids there since we have been getting them haircuts. This is the worst haircut they ever had. This was a big waste of time, money and experience for my kids. You guys should be ashamed of yourselves.
