I made an appointment for 4pm and 4:20pm. Not sure if it was over booking or taking walk ins first but my first appointment wasn't started until 4:30.

I feel like appointments shouldn't be necessary. These are kids and we try to get things done with them while we have the time. I feel like I was treated differently because we were a walk in.

After we got home I noticed that my sons haircut was not blended well and there were quite a few long hairs around his ears. The front part of his hair looks super choppy. Wendy was our stylist. We have typically had good cuts, but not happy this time.

The stylist who serviced my older son, seemed to be hesitant about how to cut my son's hair. It was as though she was scared to make a mistake. I rely on an experienced stylist to guide the process. I got so frustrated with telling her how short to cut his hair, that I gave up and just left. She did too. She ended up giving the scissors to another stylist to cut his hair a little shorter. The stylist who cut my youngest son's hair was superb!
