The play area needs cleaned badly. The steps are filthy with dirt and hair, it's really gross.

I am so sorry that you found the play set dirty today. We do clean it several times a week but the snow, salt and mud have made it very challenging lately. I have notified the salon manager and they will be sure to do a very thorough cleaning on Monday and then keep more on top of it. I do appreciate you bringing it to our attention. I noticed the prices went up. I think $16 is too much for a toddler's cut. But overall, love the place and staff.

We drove two hours to visit this place and Wendy was amazing. She really helped my son with his hair cut. He has Autism and hates haircuts and she made the procedure easy for me and Lincoln.

I’m a first time mom, my 20 month old needed his first haircut. We were told to go to cookie cutters and ask for Wendy. She had been recommended by a few different people, and I’m so glad we listened! Wendy was so patient and kind to our son, made our experience wonderful!

It is a little pricey, but for my three year old to NOT freak out and go into meltdown, I'll pay their prices. Great staff!
