I used the online booking system and got a confirmation we were down with Wendy at 5:40. We got there and that was not the case. I had to send my husband the confirmation. This is not Wendy’s fault snd she did squeeze him in which I’m sure that was difficult. I always liked using the online system but that looks like it’s not a good idea for me to do that in the future.

The facility was very nice and the staff was welcoming and kind. However I was very disappointed with my sons first haircut. I said I wanted it trimmed and that I wanted to keep his curls in the back. His hair is very short and all the curls are gone. The haircut is also very choppy and uneven. He was not happy during his haircut and wiggly but I assumed that someone who regularly cuts kids hair would be used to this and be able to still do an even cut. I was very upset with how his first haircut turned out and will likely not return.

The hair cut for my son was great, however when you schedule an appointment and wait 15-20 minutes after that appointment time to be seen is a little unreasonable. I understand things happen and people are busy, but more than a five minute wait is ridiculous; especially when you are waiting with a child under the age of 2 and the person getting finishing getting their haircut is over the age of 18. It is a kids haircut place for kids for a reason, there should be an age limit to haircuts so that a 18 month old does not have to wait around that long to get his hair cut.
