Riley at cookie cutters always does an amazing job with my son! She’s so kind and patient with him and I can tell he really enjoys going and getting his hair cut (he’s almost a 1 year and 1/2). He gets more upset when he has to leave which is so shocking for his age :) I highly recommend Riley!

I have brought my son to cookie cutters before and had an amazing experience. Unfortunately, this trip was extremely disappointing.I had to wait 35mins after my appt time despite arriving 10mins early. The hair cut my son got was NOT what I asked for. Normally this wouldn't be a huge deal, but this cut was for birthday pictures which now need to be rescheduled. Additionally, I now have to go somewhere else to get this fixed as best as possible since what we walked out with was very poor quality. Very, very disappointing all away around. I would only recommend to friends based on previous visits.

I was very pleased with our first experience with Cookie Cutters. It was my baby's first haircut so I was a little nervous but our stylist Zoe did a great job. She was so patient and made this very special time for us even better. The salon is just a fun and happy place for kids. I will say that I think $18.95 is overpriced for a daddy cut. But overall were very pleased with our experience!

Our stylist really put forth an A+ effort trying to help our 15 month old relax and not be upset with the haircut experience. Even though he still cried a bit, a total meltdown was avoided thanks to her efforts. And his hair cut came out adorable!
