Collin is AWESOME, she did a great job cutting Jackson's hair. Jackson always cries when he gets a haircut, Collin was very patient with him crying and she did a great job. She is a GEM, AWESOME. Thank you Collin.

I miss Riley and Wendy and probably won’t return. I don’t appreciate getting attitude when I question the length of hair that was or wasn’t cut. Because I ask you a question, I’m not questioning your skills but don’t start slamming drawers and giving me an attitude. I’m paying for a service and have every right to ask questions. I wish the staff was pleasant and nice, a smile goes a long way. When my three year old says goodbye to the girl at the cashier....she’s too bothered to say it back? Bad attitudes and no smiles. I’m sorry you are all so inconvenienced to be there and get paid. I won’t be returning to Hilliard.
