They understood my instruction and ask the right questions to make sure they got they right idea super nice efficient work. she treated my kids so well. I been bouncing from hair saloons because of the misunderstanding of how I want them to cut my kids hair and finally I found it at cookie cutters

We love Kallean! She always does a great job with our son and listens to his endless stories (usually about dinosaurs). Today we were out running errands and arrived more than 20 minutes before our appointment and she was able to get us in right away so we wouldn’t have to wait. She’s awesome!

I like Kallean A LOT. She always does an amazing job, I just wish she was friendly. She never engages with me, I talk to her and she doesn’t talk back. I tell a joke or try to make small talk and I get no interaction. I understand wanting to come in and do your job but I’d also like some customer service and nice interaction. I’ll be back for sure, just be nice, laugh or smile.

Thank you. I didn't receive any "advice", so not sure how to answer that one, so I went middle of the road. I think the price of a "child's" haircut is too expensive which led to my response on the referral question. Overall I really like the establishment and Kaleen was great, but after my second visit I'm considering other options only because of the price point.

Thank you for taking the time to write your review. We have tried our best over the years to keep the price as low as possible but still be able to recruit highly skilled and special people. I realize that everybody has a budget and that there are much cheaper alternatives at some "clippy" places around town. But I guarantee you will never find another group of ladies who truly care for the children and do what they do from their hearts as opposed to so many who do children's hair begrudgingly because they have to as part of their job. I hope that you will consider returning to us and, if so, we offer a loyalty program with savings opportunities plus we email coupons out about 5 times per year.
