We had just came from getting my hair cut at a local barber shop, and is was so much cleaner than Cookie Cutters. There was hair all over the floor, in and under the play structure. The difference between the stylists in both establishments was also night and day. The barbershop stylists were wearing jeans and matching shirts, but they looked way more professional than the mix of leggings and horsies at cookie cutters.

I found the salon to be dirty. It doesn't appear as though the owners care about cleanliness. I felt like I was in an old building. Felt messy and dirty.

I appreciate the time that you took to write your review and apologize for the salon not being clean. Yes, we have been there for 15 years but are actually scheduling some updates and renovations to take place soon. In the mean time, we will do a better job of cleaning. We did a walk in and felt unwelcome.. I almost took my daughter out of chair and left.. I think she final realized she was being rude when my daughter looked sad almost in tears.. she became a little friendly.. never going back.
