I miss Riley and Wendy and probably won’t return. I don’t appreciate getting attitude when I question the length of hair that was or wasn’t cut. Because I ask you a question, I’m not questioning your skills but don’t start slamming drawers and giving me an attitude. I’m paying for a service and have every right to ask questions. I wish the staff was pleasant and nice, a smile goes a long way. When my three year old says goodbye to the girl at the cashier....she’s too bothered to say it back? Bad attitudes and no smiles. I’m sorry you are all so inconvenienced to be there and get paid. I won’t be returning to Hilliard.

Stylist was not very nice!

The stylist was coughing everywhere, and seemed like she did not know what she was doing. The receptionist was very friendly and outgoing.

I loved the stylist! She was amazing! However, the receptionist did not greet me when I walked in the door she was on the phone. When the phone call was over she did not even acknowledge me at the counter. She never even said anything to me. The hairstylist welcomed me a call me over when it was my sons appointment. My son is two, he had a toddler melt down over a toy the hairstylist had let him play with. I was by myself struggling. The stylist tried to help. The same receptionist who again, didn't greet me when I came to the counter to pay (as I dealing with a toddler tantrum) she was short, rude, and refused to help even hold the credit card slip as it's rolling around the counter. I was one armed at this time, the entire salon is now looking at my son throw a toddler tantrum. I signed the best I could. The reciptionist says, "ma'am you have to sign this". With no offering help. I mean at least hold the paper, ask for me to come back in from the car to sign, something. I've made the decision to even write this review so that maybe another mother doesn't have to go through what I did Saturday. I was embarrassed, and stressed. It's not her job to help with the kids. That's a parents job. But at least greet all the people who walk in, and are standing at the counter. No

The facility was very nice and the staff was welcoming and kind. However I was very disappointed with my sons first haircut. I said I wanted it trimmed and that I wanted to keep his curls in the back. His hair is very short and all the curls are gone. The haircut is also very choppy and uneven. He was not happy during his haircut and wiggly but I assumed that someone who regularly cuts kids hair would be used to this and be able to still do an even cut. I was very upset with how his first haircut turned out and will likely not return.

Haircut was uneven and choppy...did not take into account natural way hair falls....tried to force a cut that does not work
