I took both my girls in for hair cuts. One wanted her normal chin length bob, which we get every time, and the other requested long layers. With my youngest (the short bob) she finished and the back was longer than the front. I’ve never seen that before and it looked terrible! I also asked to have it cut to where her hair would naturally curl under, which she didn’t do. I’m not sure if she isn’t comfortable with a bob but if so she should have said something and had someone else do it. When she started with my 10 year old (long layers) my daughter said she told her where she wanted her shortest layer to start. She did the cut and you couldn’t even tell. She proceeded to tell us that if she did long layers that there would be so many holes because her hair is too thin. I’m not sure why she didn’t mention that before she started. Also she cut her hair dry which she has part straight hair and part wavy hair, I’m sure we’ll find it to be super uneven once we wash it and straighten it. When she finished with her hair she went back to my youngest to fix her bob. I told her the back is usually shorter than the front, she wet her hair completely and “fixed” it. When she was done she said we were all set and didn’t even blow dry, mind you it’s less than 30 degrees outside and my daughter is a child. I asked if she can please blow dry and she said yes. She dried it for like 2 min and asked if that was ok. It didn’t even dry it half way! I was irritated at the entire interaction so I just decided to let it be. When I went to the register I asked if blow dry was still included because we always get blow dry, a braid, and sometimes sparkles and she said “yes it is, you just need to ask”. I have never had to ask before and with it being less than 30 degrees outside I shouldn’t have to ask! I will be calling on Monday to talk to the manager about bringing my girls back in for a fix.

They were friendly but I specifically said we wanted a hard part showed a picture of a hard part asked if she could do it because if not we would ask someone else. She assured us she could complete the look we wanted. So to our surprise when she was finished my son walked out with a fohawk? Now what part of hard part and picture did she not understand? I totally get you won't get the exact look that you see in a picture but she didn't even attempt to do what we wanted she just did her own style? For this reason I will never go back. I'll take my son to a barber and get the look we asked for.

I have spoken to the manager, Wendy, and she will be contacting you today in hopes of having you bring your son back in. All of our haircuts are guaranteed for 2 weeks so we would really like to make this right. It is our goal to make very customer very happy and clearly we did not accomplish this goal. My Son has been to your location 4 times everything has always been good I brought my Granddaughter in for her first haircut and I figured a kid salon would be a neat experience for her and it wasn't, they put a tiny piece of hair which they forgot so she had to get a piece of hair off the floor and put it in a baggie the size of my pinkie finger and that's it,now I have 4 kids they never went to a kiddie salon but all the salons gave them a certificate for a first time haircut with a piece of their hair on it,so I was so disappointed with that what do you think, shouldn't she have gotten a certificate

Very disappointed with the outcome of my son's haircut. The stylist even commented on how well he was holding still when she was lining his hair around his ears, yet both sides were very crooked and uneven. He has pictures scheduled for this weekend, which is very disappointing. We will not be back for any haircuts.
