We typically go to the sawmill location but today our stylist was sick and they were cancelled. There were no other appointments so we tried Hilliard. My husband said the place was so loud. The front desk staff was not welcoming. And the stylist insisted she did every angle of one of our sons hair. It looks horrible. We will never return to Hilliard.

I took both my kids here for haircuts and would not come again. My daughter's hair looks horrible and is not the length we agreed on. Plus it doesn't look at all like the picture I showed the stylist.I can't believe I spent $30 on a haircut that looks like I did it myself. I wanted to say something but it felt like we were being rushed out of the chair because it is was time for the next appointment.

Cut was uneven all over sons head for the second time. We’ve been there about 4 or 5 times.

The hair styles didn't seem interested in us. Spent too much time on her cell phone and talking to other workers about her personal life.

I have brought my son to cookie cutters before and had an amazing experience. Unfortunately, this trip was extremely disappointing.I had to wait 35mins after my appt time despite arriving 10mins early. The hair cut my son got was NOT what I asked for. Normally this wouldn't be a huge deal, but this cut was for birthday pictures which now need to be rescheduled. Additionally, I now have to go somewhere else to get this fixed as best as possible since what we walked out with was very poor quality. Very, very disappointing all away around. I would only recommend to friends based on previous visits.

The salon was very dirty. Our stylist didn't explain any options for a first cut, wasn't friendly toward my child, and didn't explain what she was doing as she did it. We were very disappointed. We will not be returning.
