I have taken my grandson Ben to this location several times and it seems that we always get someone new. I wasn't there this time , my husband took him. But the haircut was suppose to be a little boy style and it is really botched. I will give the person the benefit of the doubt that he was probably not co-operating. But it almost looks "Amish"Not what it has looked like in the past.

Thank you. I didn't receive any "advice", so not sure how to answer that one, so I went middle of the road. I think the price of a "child's" haircut is too expensive which led to my response on the referral question. Overall I really like the establishment and Kaleen was great, but after my second visit I'm considering other options only because of the price point.

Thank you for taking the time to write your review. We have tried our best over the years to keep the price as low as possible but still be able to recruit highly skilled and special people. I realize that everybody has a budget and that there are much cheaper alternatives at some "clippy" places around town. But I guarantee you will never find another group of ladies who truly care for the children and do what they do from their hearts as opposed to so many who do children's hair begrudgingly because they have to as part of their job. I hope that you will consider returning to us and, if so, we offer a loyalty program with savings opportunities plus we email coupons out about 5 times per year.

We had an appointment and had to wait over 20 minutes. All the while there is a show up late policy that if you are 7 minutes late they will give your appointment away. We arrived well before our appointment time which added to the 20 minute lateness by another 5 minutes. The policy should work both ways. Especially when young children are involved

I love the quality for the price. I have taken my boys to COUNTLESS salons and rarely ever get someone to listen and cut their hair the way I ask. I have bee pleasantly surprised at both of our last two visits.

We had just came from getting my hair cut at a local barber shop, and is was so much cleaner than Cookie Cutters. There was hair all over the floor, in and under the play structure. The difference between the stylists in both establishments was also night and day. The barbershop stylists were wearing jeans and matching shirts, but they looked way more professional than the mix of leggings and horsies at cookie cutters.

I like Kallean A LOT. She always does an amazing job, I just wish she was friendly. She never engages with me, I talk to her and she doesn’t talk back. I tell a joke or try to make small talk and I get no interaction. I understand wanting to come in and do your job but I’d also like some customer service and nice interaction. I’ll be back for sure, just be nice, laugh or smile.
