We were greeted and taken back right away. Wendy is fantastic, giving both my kids wonderful haircuts. I love the coupons you send out and print in publications- they keep me coming back!

Had to wait 30 minutes after my appointment time.

We had an appointment and had to wait over 20 minutes. All the while there is a show up late policy that if you are 7 minutes late they will give your appointment away. We arrived well before our appointment time which added to the 20 minute lateness by another 5 minutes. The policy should work both ways. Especially when young children are involved

The stylist was coughing everywhere, and seemed like she did not know what she was doing. The receptionist was very friendly and outgoing.

Dawn did a great job. She took her time and was detailed while accommodating a 4yo boy's need to move.

We've been going to cookie cutters for 2 years now and have always liked the staff and the store, but the quality of haircuts varies wildly. Today was not a great experience, the stylist trimmed one ear very high while the other one looked perfect. To make things even out I asked her to cut the good ear high too. About 30% of the time we are not really thrilled about the quality of cut we receive.
