Thank you. I didn't receive any "advice", so not sure how to answer that one, so I went middle of the road. I think the price of a "child's" haircut is too expensive which led to my response on the referral question. Overall I really like the establishment and Kaleen was great, but after my second visit I'm considering other options only because of the price point.

Thank you for taking the time to write your review. We have tried our best over the years to keep the price as low as possible but still be able to recruit highly skilled and special people. I realize that everybody has a budget and that there are much cheaper alternatives at some "clippy" places around town. But I guarantee you will never find another group of ladies who truly care for the children and do what they do from their hearts as opposed to so many who do children's hair begrudgingly because they have to as part of their job. I hope that you will consider returning to us and, if so, we offer a loyalty program with savings opportunities plus we email coupons out about 5 times per year.

I have taken my grandson Ben to this location several times and it seems that we always get someone new. I wasn't there this time , my husband took him. But the haircut was suppose to be a little boy style and it is really botched. I will give the person the benefit of the doubt that he was probably not co-operating. But it almost looks "Amish"Not what it has looked like in the past.

Had a great experience for Son's first haircut a couple months back. Took him for his second haircut this past weekend, we had a different stylist (i did not catch her name and didn't take my receipt so I don't know who it was). She smelled strongly of cigarette smoke and was not overly friendly. For the cost of the service, I really expected a better experience.

We enjoy the atmosphere. However, I feel like the cost is pretty high especially when you have multiple children. I am not sure if we will continue to come back because it is almost $50 for just two hair cuts.

Thank you for telling us about your experience at Cookie Cutters today. I am sorry that you do not feel that the services are worth the price. The stylists that we employ are well trained and paid well because of their professional abilities to work with the children. Is it possible that you were charged incorrectly? Our haircuts are $16 each so that is no where near the $50 that you mention. Even if you add a $3 tip per cut, it is still less than $40. When I selected appointment online I was able to pick certain stylists. There are two really good stylists that do great work, so I picked those two women specifically. But when I arrived, one of the stylists I picked wasn't even scheduled to work that day so I got some random other stylist. Why have the option to pick a stylist on a specific day and time if that stylist won't even be in the salon for your appointment? Very irritating.

The facility is extremely dirty and dusty. We like the stylist who cuts our son's hair, but I cringe every time he touches the play equipment or seats he sits in due to how dirty they are. I wipe him down with sanitization wipes before I allow him in his carseat-definitely recommend a good cleaning to be completed in your facility.
