I was very pleased with our first experience with Cookie Cutters. It was my baby's first haircut so I was a little nervous but our stylist Zoe did a great job. She was so patient and made this very special time for us even better. The salon is just a fun and happy place for kids. I will say that I think $18.95 is overpriced for a daddy cut. But overall were very pleased with our experience!

The kid's haircuts keep going up in price, but we love Wendy so it's worth it. However, I noticed that you are not giving the loyalty cards out anymore and you are planning to do that with an app. I do not have a smart phone and will not be able to access the app. I sure hope you will have the cards for those of us who cannot participate in this new system. I have been coming to you for 11 years and hope to continue to give you our business- thank you!

I love cookie cutters! My boys are finally learning to relax a little, when they used to scream every time we got their hair cut. I wish there were more specials/sales because it is expensive taking more than one child. A discount for more than one child at a time would be so helpful to families!

Thank you for taking the time to write a review. We appreciate your business and are very happy to hear that your boys are getting used to the experience. Over the 16 years that we have been in business we have only increased the pricing $2.50 and have done so very gradually. I am very hesitant but know that the ladies who have made this their profession are very special and do require good compensation. I hope you will reconsider the pricing with this in mind and, not to mention, the annual increases in rent and utilities. We do often send out coupons if you are on our email list. We will also soon have a loyalty program to offer our regular clients. We hope that you will continue to bring your children to us and these savings opportunities will help.
