Our experience was absolutely phenomenal!! We drive over an hour and a half just to get our boys' haircut at Cookie Cutters, because the stylists are always amazing, and the atmosphere takes some of the pain out of getting 3 kids' haircut! The stylists at this past cut were especially wonderful with our boys, and we can't thank them enough! So if you could please let them know, we would great appreciate it! Thanks so much!

The haircut and the personality of the stylist were great, and my son loved the various vehicles to choose from to have his hair cut in (e.g. plane, car, police vehicle, etc.). However, the building itself was very dirty and when I arrived for my scheduled appointment on time, the front door was still locked and, therefore, my appointment started 5-10 minutes late. There were many hair fluffs scattering the waiting area (and cutting area) despite the salon just opening for the day, and my 2-year-old son found part of a broken off false nail that almost made it in his mouth before I could grab it! I would be more apt to recommend the Hilliard location if they were open and ready to go on time, and the facility was swept and kept clean. It makes me think they almost certainly do not sanitize or clean the toys or the haircutting chairs/vehicles which is not good when you're talking about a place that serves children.

Wonderful experience. The indoor playground helps keep my kids entertained while waiting. My kids love picking out a special salon chair and watching a show during their haircut, and they look forward to the egg prize machine after their cut.
