we came on time for our appointment and waited for 20 minutes to have his haircut. At the end of the day, $16 to look like my son didn't even have a haircut is a rip off. We will not be back.

I wont return again since I was quoted one price then charged another when checking out after specifically asking again when I checked in. Also had to wait after my appointment time.

I love that my toddlers could play while we waited. My son got to watch his favorite show and drive in an air plane during his first hair cut. He stayed so entertained the entire time and everything went perfect and smoothly.
