We enjoy the atmosphere. However, I feel like the cost is pretty high especially when you have multiple children. I am not sure if we will continue to come back because it is almost $50 for just two hair cuts.

Thank you for telling us about your experience at Cookie Cutters today. I am sorry that you do not feel that the services are worth the price. The stylists that we employ are well trained and paid well because of their professional abilities to work with the children. Is it possible that you were charged incorrectly? Our haircuts are $16 each so that is no where near the $50 that you mention. Even if you add a $3 tip per cut, it is still less than $40. Really nice staff! The place is kinda dingy tho- needs updated- deep cleaned!

9-5-2017 12:00 appointment with Wendy This was the 1st time Makayla has ever been here I called on Friday September 1 and spoke with Wendy I made an appointment for Tuesday September5 I explained to her that Makayla wanted to donate and she said come on in Wendy was caring and explained what she was going to do each step of the way she eased my mind as well as Makayla's she was caring and kind and even allowed me to take before and after pictures, I explained how other places I called and treated me, we had a wonderful experience with this place and will return and again when Makayla's hair grows out so we can make another child happy thank you wendy for making my daughter and I feel welcome in your salon awesome manager and her co worker was also very helpful. thanks a bunch they make you feel welcome
