I wont return again since I was quoted one price then charged another when checking out after specifically asking again when I checked in. Also had to wait after my appointment time.

we came on time for our appointment and waited for 20 minutes to have his haircut. At the end of the day, $16 to look like my son didn't even have a haircut is a rip off. We will not be back.

Very busy, as usual. The stylists did their very best, but it looked liked they could use a receptionist. The indoor play equipment is so helpful when waiting...it is starting to show it's age though-there is a crack with duct tape on the plexiglass bubble.
