I was 15 minutes delayed for my appointment so I notified the salon and was treated with professional courtesy and personal concern. I was assured there would be no difficulty to the schedule and encouraged to arrive safely. I was relieved of my distress and was made to feel welcome. I truly appreciated this experience and thanked the staff personally.
