Monique was great, loved her service and my facial. She was very welcoming and helped me with my facial concerns. Not sure if Jessica is in training or just doesn't know how to cut and style hair but she literally damaged my waist length hair. I went in to add more layers and refine my existing ones and left with short, choppy and unstyled brittle hair. She had me wait and didn't personally do my wash, had someone else do it then proceeded to destroy my hair. DO NOT USE JESSICA!

Hello, Your front desk staff is amazing! Salon absolutely beautiful. The technician however was not friendly , had zero advice to give even though the appointment was booked for advice on which a conditioning treatment Lily should have done. I was told she would be able to guide us in which treatment would work the best for my granddaughters curly unruly hair.. All she had to say is what kind of shampoo is she using and frankly I feel like we were talked down to instead of guided. I use Kerastase and am very familiar with a wide variety salon products. Lily is 11 and I would have paid a fair amount of money to get her any treatment that would assist with her curly hair. Lily also stated her shampoo and blow dry was painful !! After a conditioning treatment, why in the world would her hair be hard to comb through?? I booked this appoint to have a day of beauty not pain and attitude.
