The price of the color, cut and blow dry was MUCH more expensive than I have ever paid at your salon. I do feel that it would have been more appropriate to have been told the charge of $185 before the stylist perform the service. With a 20% tip the cost came to $222 which I felt was exorbitant.

First of all, thank you for your service and follow-up. I have only been to your salon twice previously to my last visit. I had a new hairdresser for me on these two occasions who had been recommended to me by a friend who worked out very well for me, but who was not available to me for my last visit as she was away on sick leave I believe. I was consequently given another stylist who was new to me and when I informed her that I usually was assisted by someone else, proceeded to cut my hair dry which was not clean and when I asked her about it she said that it didn’t appear dirty and therefore didn’t need it. She did offer to wash it if I preferred, but she had already styled it woutout the wash so I just let it go rather than have her style it again after asking it. I was not very happy therefore with her lack of professionalism. The reception did however refund the price of the wash from my final bill. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
