This is the second time I’ve had a poor experience with the girl that washes hair. Last summer before I left and again today when I returned. Both times she was very fast and didn’t really spend any time washing my hair but today it was really bad. She got my sides and forehead all wet. I had to take towel and wipe soap and water off my head 3 different times and then she pulled my earring out of my head. She also didn’t really wash my head after first shampoo. She rinsed it a bit and then soaked it up again really fast. Kristine knows about this and she can tell you her name. I would like to request she not wash my hair again. It wasn’t a relaxing way to start. Thank you Kristine is AMAZING! Becky Cox
