My stylist is a joy and someone I have grown to know and the reason I go to this salon! Some perks for the price I think we should be offered something besides water or soda to drink a glass of wine would be nice to add to the experience! Sometimes I have experienced water temperature issues at the salon hope this has been resolved! While I am sure the shampoo assistants are not paid much I do tip them IF they have a good customer service welcoming style some do not say a word… while they are good being taught to care about the customer can be a challenge! Overall a great team at Spa Alex Auna and Connie is a breath of fresh air! Keep up the hard work! cheers Kim
