Comment
An unusual experience today. No one greeted me when I arrived, and I was unable to make eye contact with the receptionist (who was talking to a departing client) to give my name. Several employees hovered at the desk without acknowledging my presence. Brenda did not know I had arrived until she saw me in the reception area. The professional service was great as always. Upon completion of my appointment, I waited at the reception desk while the receptionist and a colleague completed their conversation about highlights before acknowledging my presence. I was not asked if I wanted or needed another appointment. Overall, not the friendly, efficient, and helpful service I have become accustomed to from the support staff.
