Comment
Had a 1:15 appt. was called this morning and was asked to change it to 1:00. I agreed, changed my plans and was ready at 12:56. Was not started until 1:28. No excuse or apology. I feel this was very unprofessional. I will give this person another chance, then ask for someone else. I also had a brow wax and that experience was great.
