Based on my recent experiences with our local Great Clips I decided to go the Salon route, thinking I would receive a better quality hair cut. I was deeply disappointed after spending some time trying to describe to the stylist what I wanted to achieve. I didn't want too much removed from the sides, accept for around the ears and some clean up at the neck level. I am now dealing with the hair too short in back which causes problems getting the cowlicks to stay down. The left side of my head of hair looks quite choppy and not smooth and blended like the right side. The only saving grace is that the hair always grows back. I rated 0 for the quality of professional advice only because NA was not available as a choice.

My hair was cut dry. Most salons wash hair first then cut but she cut then washed my hair. I also didn't get a scalp massage. My whole cut experience took 15 minutes. I wasn't impressed with the experience

I’m a young man with a middle part, asked for a trim for 2 inches, and she made it look like a bowl cut. Nice enough workers and place, I’m not sure if she completely misunderstood me, is terrible at her job, or what is going on but I know for a fact anyone in their right mind with say this looks horrible. I cried the entire ride home, half because of how vain I felt while crying and half because my hair was horrible and what others were going to think(I wish I didn’t care, but everyone does). She butchered it. Would not recommend going here if you’re a male looking to get a normal or average haircut. I wasn’t looking for anything special, either. Don’t get me wrong, I wasn’t looking for a top-notch salon with great workers products and everything. I just wanted my hair trimmed. She somehow evened everything out, and made it a bowl cut that’s a few inches above my shoulders. I dread tomorrow, and will never be coming back here again(not like the place REALLY cares, but perhaps potential male customers might heed my warning). Lastly, I just want to re-iterate the fact that the woman who cut my hair was a nice enough lady. The place or experience wasn’t bad, just the haircut was horrible.

The cut I received was NOTHING like what I asked for which was a "Jacqueline Smith" layered cut. What I got was something resembling a jellyfish. The top/front weren't touched or even attempted to blend with the rest of the hair I have left. The stylist WAY OVER THINNED my thick hair to the point that the underneath fits nicely into a barrette now and NEVER asked if it was ok to THIN MY HAIR! A COMPLETE HACK JOB! I couldn't tell how bad it actually looked until I got home since I didn't have my glasses on. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND
