My hair was cut dry. Most salons wash hair first then cut but she cut then washed my hair. I also didn't get a scalp massage. My whole cut experience took 15 minutes. I wasn't impressed with the experience

I was very happy to get in almost immediately due to a canceled appointment. I had told Rhonda to please call me if she had a cancelation when I had to wait 2 days for my scheduled appt. She called me back for a time 1 hour away!!! As always great job!! Hugs, Aunt Carol

I know it would be difficult to "duplicate" what a client shows in a picture because the client is not the model in the picture so there is difference in thickness of hair,face structure etc but often that is all we can go by. A picture. We try to describe to the person with the scissors what we envision but we don't know the correct terminology you use so things don't always turn out the way we pictured for ourselves. That is what happened today. One side was ok...the other, very chopped. We are having family pictures taken at a graduation on Saturday and frankly I feel like I need to wear a hat. It is partly my fault because I should have gotten my cut done a couple weeks earlier so I had time to practice how to style the new "do". Now I only have 2 days and I spent most of the afternoon crying. I paid and tipped but not sure if I should have. She asked if she should try to change the other side. I said NO. I just wanted out.

This was the first time I got my hair done and actually loved it. Sam did a great job and did exactly what I showed her!
