This is our second time coming to Cookie Cutters. The first time was a great experience - no complaints. This time, the person we had was extremely rude. First she got visibly annoyed that we asked to switch our kids appointments - we just asked that the older child go first (so the younger one could watch), even though technically, the younger child's name was listed as the first appointment. Their appointments were back to back anyway, so I'm not sure why it bothered her so much but we said 'never mind' when we could tell she was annoyed. The main reason for my bad review though is the way I felt we were treated during the whole process. She got VERY upset with us because my daughter had swim lessons beforehand and it "made her hair sticky and difficult to brush." We had no idea that it would be that much of an issue (I never have a problem brushing her hair after swimming), and even offered to pay to add on a hair wash but she just snapped at us that she didn't have time. She spent a good 10 minutes complaining, and making rude comments even though we kept apologizing. It was embarrassing because it made me feel like she was implying we were bad parents. I'm assuming they were overbooked and only allotted so much time for each kid, which is why extra brushing or a wash would throw off the whole day. She did a great job with the actual haircuts, so it's a shame that we will not be going back based off the service alone.
