I normally see Katie for my haircuts but since she no longer works there the person who booked my appointment suggested Cassie. Cassie was super sweet and conversational, however my haircut was super uneven and I asked for layers and when I went home and dried my hair I didn't see any layers. I had to leave work early yesterday so that they could squeeze me in for her to fix it yesterday:( I have had some bad cuts in the past at other salons but this was my first not so great experience at Ravin.

Not all hair types can be dried the same way. This time I had to come home and style my hair. It was not properly dried so it puffed up and was frizzy. Hair color is fabulous and the advice is spot on.
