Haley is one of the stylists I've ever gone to! She aims to please and wants your input if something isn't to your liking. She will do everything to make it right, because she doesn't want her clients to leave her chair unless they are happy! I would recommend her highly! My experience was wonderful, I walked out ecstatic, and was very very happy with my hair and the experience!

On a previous visit my regular stylist, Liz, was out of town and I had another stylist. After she applied the color to my hair she placed me under the heater and never returned to check on me. Another stylist noted I was getting anxious trying to get her attention and he lowered the heat. She was in the back area watching a movie that she shared with me how wonderful it was. My scalp peeled and I'm thankful that Liz is back and I shared this incident with her. Thanks Liz for your great expertise and follow-up on this issue.
