Appointment was easy to make. Started on time. No wait. The facility is clean and well laid out so you don't feel cramped or in the way. Everyone there listens to their clients and there is no pressure to purchase further services or products. The products they use are trustworthy and a quality product.

I went to the salon today after not having my hair done in 2+ YEARS! My stylist (I’m 90% sure her name was Joanne, I am awful with names) was AMAZING! I was just there for a simple cut, but the service was great! They have a separate room to wash your hair which was really cool and relaxing! I’m a very introverted person so it was pure luck I think that I got paired up with the stylist I did because I didn’t feel like I was being rude by not talking much. She had just a calming presence and made me feel really relaxed and easy about the whole interaction. She said she loves doing reds which happens to be what I’ve been considering dying my hair so I will DEFINITELY be coming back to her if I decide to take the jump and do it! I definitely recommend Ravin Hair if you’re in the St. Cloud area!
