I called last minute for a haircut and Lacie had no openings before Christmas but they took my name and number when I asked and called me when she had a cancellation and fit me in, which I really appreciated!

I continue to regularly see Lacey for haircuts. This week I asked for a bit of a change. She understood exactly what I wanted and gave me another great haircut. My husband also wanted to get a haircut, whenever possible. Lacey was able to see him that very afternoon. Again, he praised Lacey, saying he got the best haircut he's ever had!
