I have been going to Sarah for about 4 years. I recommended her to my sister who comes as well. I mentioned to Sarah on last visit that every time she colors my hair it comes out a different shade. I showed her the lines near the roots. She agreed with me. When she finished the color this week it did not match either. She suggested foils which I would have to pay. I think if the colorist can’t get it right, offer to fix it! She just blew me off. She also has been curling my hair after color and blow out. I’ve never been charged for curling. I suggested she do same for my sister. She did and told her it was an additional 10.00 charge for curling if she had it done again. We’ve spent a lot of money every month and I feel she could have been a little more concerned with my complaints.

How can I put this in words. I’ve been searching a LONG time for someone who’s understands and is knowledgeable on what they do. I’m extremely great full to have have found that person (Terra Lee). I’m overwhelmed with her knowledge and professionalism. She’s a great stylist and is blunt on expectations. Exactly what I need and want. I highly recommend her and LaPosh Salon!

I had scheduled a cut for my husband and, when he was running behind at the office and unable to go, the salon let me take his time slot and have my first ever cut by one of their stylists. The temperature of the salon was comfortable, I was offered a beverage while I waited, the hair products and other items for sale are relatable and good quality and their stylists are all also relatable and give a great cut. I will definitely be going back.
