Andrew is the stylist I see at La Posh. I couldn't be happier with his skill and professionalism. Howeever, when I check out, I'm asked if I want to 'add a tip'. Since Andrew is the owner, I don't think a tip is appropriate. He can charge more if he doesn't feel his fees are appropriate.

I love the stylist I used but I do think your pricing is high comparatively. Charging an add on for every single thing is ridiculous. I wondered why my very experienced stylist wasn't using the iron to smooth my hair after styling then I realized there is a charge for that so I'm sure that he just didn't want to add something I didn't ask for. After paying for a root touch up, haircut and highlights - I think you could throw in the iron work for free.
