We’ve been taking my son here since his first haircut. We always go to Michelle or Brandi and they have always been great with him whether he was having a good day or a bad one. We wanted to get his haircut before family came into town since it was getting really long, so we scheduled with ‘anybody’ and that was THE LAST TIME. Such a horrible experience. My son, who is a toddler of course doesn’t keep still but Krista was just the worst and I’m so disappointed in the sloppiness of the cut. Michelle and Brandi both never disappoint. My son will sometimes put up a fight but he always came out looking like he just stood still. This time he came out with an uneven lineup, cut, and a snip on the ear. I just can’t believe this experience. Even when she was trying to hold him still, his head was practically to the chair!!!! I still get furious just thinking about it!!!! I don’t even know if we’ll be returning because it was that horrible!

Salon technician was unable to complete the cut and quit mid appointment. But still, Cookie Cutters gladly charged full price for a work not completed. Seems unethical at the least

Very messy haircut , hairstylist had a bad attitude and rushed my sons hair cut. Also she cut his hair a lot shorter than what i asked for.

I was asked for the lady cutting some long layer for my daughter, you can see the picture I posted. The cutting was terrible, her hair is not even, is that call layers?? I don’t think so.

I made an appointment and had received confirmation on my end, I sat in the lobby for 45 minutes while the hair dresser was with someone else, there was zero acknowledgement that there were other guests waiting to be checked in. I advised that we normally go to another location so she could pull up what numbers we use on the cutters.rather than doing so, I showed her a picture and she went for it.. which was fine.. but my sons hair doesn’t look like what we normally do, the hard cut part is terrible, she took way too much off and the top and just chopped it off. At the end, she didn’t style. I am very disappointed in this haircut and will never be going back to this location or her again.

The stylist Rebecca was horrible. She even called my children drama. This is unacceptable.
