We had to wait almost 30 minutes past our appointment time, but the cut was really great and Rebecca took her time with our child, despite running late.

I could say that your stylists are fabulous. My favorite is Brandi, and my second favorite is Michelle. Today, I meet Liz and is great too. Most of the time I ended very satisfied with the services provided to my kids. However, there is something that didn't go as well as usual. I had an appointment at 10:00 am and 10:30 am but I was late. I called the store at 10:02 to inform that I was on my way and I will be there in 2 min. The cashier told me that the 10:15am appointment was there and I would be rescheduled to 10:45. I totally understood because, it was my fault. Anyways, I arrived at 10:05 am and I was waiting for my turn. three customers arrived after me, and I ended being the last customer to be attended. I complained with the cashier because I was finally attended at 10:37am. I complained because your stilists couldn't wait for me 5 min but I had to wait for them 7 min. My complain is not about the 5 or 7 or the plus hour that I stayed in your store. My complain is because your personnel made me feel that my time wasn't valuable and other customers were more important than my kids. I know that this won't happen again, because I won't eve be late again. Also, I know it because I have bee your customer since you open this location in 2016 and it is the first time that it happened to me. However, I just needed to say it.

The play structure was covered in hair. I totally understand that this is a salon, but we came shortly after opening so I would have expected it to be cleaner.

The floor is so dirty and also the play structure, I had to ask to borrow a broom bc there is a thick layer of hair on the play area. I know it’s unavoidable but I don’t think it’s regularly cleaned.

Jennifer was really good, after she cut my daughters hair she even gave her a clip for free to hold her hair in place. Brandi on the other hand, asked if I would like bangs for my daughter and didnt really get them. It seemed that the price for my other daughter should of just been a trim if she told me thats all she was going to do, because I thought she would get a cut but she said that my daughters hair is just fine only a little damaged so at that point she could of just asked me if I wanted a trim instead of paying the $21.95 for her first hair cut and I would of saved hers for another date.

We've been bringing our boys here for 7 years and never had any issues especially with scheduling until today! I had both texts and email confirmation for our 3:15 and 3:45 appointments. We didn't have any issue with our 3:15 appt but when the time came for our 3:45 appt, my husband was told we were not on the schedule for 3:45 even when we showed both text and email! I wish Michelle and Jennifer were still here. They were lovely ladies, knew exactly what we needed every time and always fast and accommodating! Brandi is also our go to! Next time, I'll make sure we only have our appointment with her. Today, our first appointment was at 3:15 and my son, CJ got sat on the chair at 3:16 and got done at 3:42. When we told her we had another appointment at 3:45, she insisted we didn’t have one even though my husband showed her both text and email confirmation. I don’t know if it’s because she’s running behind and she needed to turn someone away, regardless, it’s so inconvenient and unprofessional. Very disappointing! I try not to book with Becky because she always takes so long and she also talks too much. But we had no choice because she was the only one available today and today was the only good time for my husband to take both of our boys.
