This was my son’s first haircut. He was extremely upset because he wanted to play on the slide instead. Our stylist, Brandi was PHENOMENAL. Despite my son fighting and resisting she managed to get it done and was so calm & collected. Made the whole experience for my husband and I that much easier - as well for my son but she was so quick and efficient. We will definitely be returning. Despite my son being upset, he’s been asking to go back so we will definitely return (hopefully with a calmer toddler)

Date: 01/05/2024 Today, I took my baby to get a haircut. Before starting, I showed the stylist a photo of the haircut I wanted. My baby had long hair, and the stylist assured me she could do the cut as requested. However, the customer service was awful. The stylist showed no empathy, accidentally cut my baby’s neck, and left his hair completely uneven. When I pointed out that the result didn’t match the haircut I had asked for, she responded disrespectfully, saying it was “ridiculous” to request that style. I find it unacceptable and unprofessional to treat clients this way, especially when it involves a child.
