For the first time since salons were allowed to reopen we were told that we could not wait inside the store, that you would either call us or come outside and get us. I understand that this is part of the policy, but considering that we have been able to wait in the past, it was both confusing and a little upsetting. Going forward, I will make sure that we are either outside or we will be waiting for a phone call from you guys letting us know when to come in. Overall, as usual the experience is great with Cookie Cutters and we love the job that Michelle and Jennifer both do!!!!!!!!

I was impressed how clean the salon was upon entering. They had just managed to mop the whole place in between appts. I appreciate how polite and accommodating Jennifer was with our schedule and her cuts were just perfect! I was dreading our youngest going, but overall he did good thanks to the tv and the cool chair!

My appointment was at 5:30 pm with Jennifer we showed up at 5:37 pm she seen us at the door still manage to keep brooming then after shut the lights off and ignore us . We stayed for another 10 minutes knocked at the door she seen us and said no . She couldn’t even come to the door and tell us something. I won’t be coming back to this place.
