For the first time since salons were allowed to reopen we were told that we could not wait inside the store, that you would either call us or come outside and get us. I understand that this is part of the policy, but considering that we have been able to wait in the past, it was both confusing and a little upsetting. Going forward, I will make sure that we are either outside or we will be waiting for a phone call from you guys letting us know when to come in. Overall, as usual the experience is great with Cookie Cutters and we love the job that Michelle and Jennifer both do!!!!!!!!
