The lady cutting my sons hair was a little impatient. She knicked him and he yelled ow! She just kept going. Why she was in such a hurry I don’t know? I think she could be a little more soft handed.... it wasn’t busy today at all, but I just wanted to let parents know that some of the staff is really patient and nice... but today one was in a rush and made my child cry.

The place is never clean, I and my child leave with a ton of hair on the both of us. When I do make an appointment and request someone half of the time they are not there and I receive no phone call to let me know in advance. I get a surprise upon arrival. There is no constant staff there, staff is constantly changing. I doubt I would want to return. The computer system is always having issues when it comes to prepaid cards to the point where I don’t care to come back and finish up my card. I would rather find a better, cleaner, more professional salon and staff. The only reason I came multiple visits was for Brandi but it’s been too many times she’s out and no one notifies me in advance. It’s too much of a hassle to get my baby ready and in the car only to find out he can’t get a cut. In the past I’ve waited up to an hour with a toddler in my lap.

Jennifer did such a horrible job on cutting my daughter's hair that I had to fix it myself the next day.will never come back and will never refer this place to my friends.
