People working are SUPER nice, but they don’t really know what they are doing. Getting checkEd out takes forever, they threw away my daughters hair before collecting it for the first cut certificate and proceeded to pick out pieces from the trash and there are pieces of another child’s hair in her keepsake bag. Just didn’t feel like it was worth the price and didn’t feel confident that we were being taken care of properly. There was also left over hair all over my daughters seat from the child before that I had to wipe down. For the inconveniences we thought maybe it would have been discounted. Probably won’t be back again.

We never come during the weekend. We usually schedule in the middle of the week to the same person all the time and we had no complain never. this time we have to schedule for the weekend we schedule an appointment. came on time and still got to wait like 45 minutes before we received in. And there was available person who waited in the back room and when we called her she answered it’s not her turn to do the hair cut …. Very disappointed from this visit and all that happened

The last time I brought my son in for a haircut with Becky, first time with her. She was great. So I decided to book with her again. This time, total opposite experience. It was like we were a trouble and she was bothered to be there. The haircut was like something I could have gave him. There was a spot at the back of his neck, I had to ask her to fix. I wasn’t happy with the cut but at this point she made it obvious that she just didn’t want to be there. As we were paying, i noticed another spot on the side. I asked her to fix it, which she did. And didn’t say anything and just turned and walked away. She just seems so blah. Yeah I get it sometimes we have a bad day, I guess she couldn’t even bring on a happy face for 15 minutes. She really made it uncomfortable for us, like she was a robot. I will not be going back to her again. In the car I noticed some strands of hair on top that she missed, which I will have to try and fix myself. Just not a good experience all together. I have a advanced payment card, with two more cuts left. I think after I’m finished with them. I won’t be coming back. I like that your stylists are fast, but sometimes the cuts are hit and miss. I don’t know why. Oh well.

We have been taking Carlo here for quite sometime. We cringe when we get the lady today that cut his hair. She has only cut his hair twice and both times it looks terrible. She is very SLOW, which is not good at a kids place. She also doesn't listen to our requests. My husband today asked her several times to go shorter on the top but she wouldn't do it. He is going to need another haircut now sooner than our normal schedule. She also cut the front hair at a big angle so I'm going to have to try to fix it myself.
