My son's service was great. My only (very minor) issue was the automatic re-scheduling of my child's haircut. Apparently as I was making my appointment online an employee was making an appointment for another child. The system confirmed my chosen time in an email. When I arrived one of the employees told me I was early and that my appointment was 15 minutes later than scheduled. I showed them the confirmation email, and they thought it was because there was a collision (my words) with the scheduled times. There would have been no issues had the automated system sent a follow up email explaining the collision and confirming the new time. I was taken at my confirmed time as the other individual had not shown up yet. But this could have been real messy if the salon was very busy and I was moved an hour or more out.
