Salon technician was unable to complete the cut and quit mid appointment. But still, Cookie Cutters gladly charged full price for a work not completed. Seems unethical at the least

Brandi was absolutely amazing with my hair! Everything was even and just perfect! She had the bestttt customer service as well! Great person to be around and would definitely trust her to cut my hair again!

Made an appointment at the Rhodes Ranch location for my son and me. My kids always look forward to going here. Becky was our stylist. She was able to interpret what we wanted done and the end result was even better than we expected. You can tell she has a lot of experience and was very good with kids. I was very impressed that she kept a good conversation going with my 11 yr old son the whole time. Will absolutely come back to this location and request Becky again.

Becky was awesome! My son hates haircuts and she always makes him feel comfortable & makes sure he likes it which I think is super important. Not to mention she does an awesome job!
