Our goal at Cookie Cutters Haircuts for Kids is to provide families with an amazing haircut experience. From the slide and touch screen play unit in the waiting area to the TVs, video games, and fantasy chairs on the cutting floor our expert staff is waiting to provide your child with a one of a kind experience.

We strive to provide a caring environment where we put both the child and the parent at ease. Our stylists are skilled in cutting hair for all children, and provide that extra special touch for those with special needs. Not all children like to get their haircut, we are aware of this struggle and do all we can to make the experience one that they will want to have again. I was 7 minutes late for my appointment which I was already flustered about. I had to wait 50 minutes for the next available time and my 1 year old was getting antsy. Also the place was not very clean with hair covering the toy slide and floor/rugs. I had to use a lint roller afterwards. The girl did a nice job on the haircut but I waited another 10 minutes while they were trying figure out how to print the picture for my sons first haircut. Overall I was there for an hour and a half which I feel is way too long for a haircut visit for a boy. She casually said sorry for the wait. I felt like she did not make an effort to make me feel better about waiting so long. No discount or coupon. I will not return to this place. It was supposed to be a fun milestone and it turned into a major cost of time.

I was 5 minutes late, only one other client was there with another stylist. Our stylist proceeded to lecture us for three minutes about our trardiness ! Then she was upset because the wrong service was selected! Which by the way, the email did not give me a description of the services so I had to just guess !! Her social interaction with clients is completely degrading I don’t think I’ll come back again . The manager was standing there working on another client so I was offended that she didn’t step in and try to make it right. I should of walked out but then the stylist started to back track and say kinder things, so I stayed. I was happy with the haircut but very unhappy with the stylist and her bedside manner.

The owners were friendly and the place was clean, but the wait time was ridiculous. I was on time for my appointment and was told they were 10 minutes behind schedule. It was 30 minutes before they started cutting my child's hair. They never apologized or updated me on how long it was going to take. They currently only have one stylist and unfortunately she is very slow. I wouldn't go back.

My son received the worst haircut he's ever had. His neckline and sideburns were very jagged/crooked. The blending was super long to very short. In other words, it wasn't blended. I had to fix everything I could at home. It looks better even though I have no professional experience. We're very disappointed because he only needed a little trim for a family special event. We took him there because we didn't have time to do it ourselves. We've now had to use our time and money to fix something I guess we should have done at home. It's a good thing my husband told her not to take much off. We've had ok haircuts from there before, but this one was very disappointing especially for the price.

It’s incredibly ironic how the client isn’t allowed to be 3 minutes late for an appointment, but your salon is allowed to run 20+ minutes behind on my son’s appointment, and I’m supposed to be okay with that. Furthermore, it’s quite appalling that stylists aren’t trained on the cash register but left alone to fend for themselves. I’m completely disappointed with this experience and establishment, and I’ll gladly share that with all of my contacts.

When are businesses going to wake up, take a stand and stop making people, like my 2 year old, wear a mask. I won't be coming back until this isn't mandatory. I know the hairdresser mentioned a fine, legally they cannot make you pay a fine for that. Sheep, we are all acting like sheep.
