I had substantial trouble with the online reservation system. I selected my desired day and time window, but it scheduled me for a different day. That is ostensibly because my desired time window was not available for the day requested. However, it was not obvious at all that I was being scheduled for the next day. I drove to the salon only to find out my kids' hair could not be cut because the system booked me for a different day. When I reviewed the screen on my phone, it looked like I had gotten the day/time I wanted. But when I viewed the email confirmation, it indeed had the next business day scheduled. This was not a good experience.
